Students in Stephanie Bower's kindergarten class have been reading and watching videos about the frog life cycle. They've also been writing a research book together about what they’ve learned.
"The kids are learning some big words too: habitat, amphibian, and metamorphosis!" said Bowers.
She said they received frog life cycle sensory bins a couple of weeks ago. "They have all the stages of the frogs in with the blue orbies," said Bower.
Wednesday, the class went to the creek and released 16 tiny frogs.
